Roberto Ortiz Junior, 41, is set to appear before a U.S. magistrate this Friday, July 5.

The case started in March when law enforcement reportedly learned of four child porn files from an IP address in Laredo, allegedly associated with Ortiz, that were shared on a peer-to-peer application.
Law enforcement then used a search warrant to check out his home.
Ortiz reportedly gave them access to his computer and showed where the content was allegedly saved, which included the four files law enforcement received.
Ortiz was a teacher at a local high school at the time, but there is no evidence that linked these kinds of activities to his job at the time.
He faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.
